I allowed myself a few cheats but kept it pretty well within my point allowance. So, yea me.<\/p>\n<p>By the way&#8230;. I don&#8217;t cook.<\/p>\n<p>It is not that I can&#8217;t cook as much as it has been a lazy choice and something I am not all that experienced at. But this diet has really challenged in me in that area. In the last week, I have cooked things I never thought I would on my own. I am most proud of my trout fillet and spaghetti squash adventure. Although the spaghetti squash was kinda gross and I won&#8217;t be doing it again &#8212; the trout fillet that I grilled up was super yummy.<\/p>\n<p>I also recently discovered that Shake N Bake would add maybe 1 point to whatever chicken I could prepare. I would MUCH rather cook chicken that I know will taste good than I would some icky grilled chicken with some lame-o herb on top.
