I don&#8217;t know how, but I&#8217;ve figured it out and I am so excited about it. Biggest changes I made: using room temperature butter and eggs, and reduced the recipe&#8217;s temperature by 15\u00b0. I have a gas oven and apparently it was just too hot to handle. Haha.<\/p>\n<p>And voila!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.pinkhairedgirl.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/51631658.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.pinkhairedgirl.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/51631658.jpg\" alt=\"51631658\" title=\"51631658\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3953\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.pinkhairedgirl.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/50102167.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.pinkhairedgirl.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/50102167.jpg\" alt=\"50102167\" title=\"50102167\" width=\"500\" height=\"667\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3954\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve probably made 80 cookies in the last week. I am finding that baking (now that the end result is favorable), is quite therapeutic. Maybe it is all the beating and mixing&#8230; I dunno. But it is working for me.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Next up: <\/strong><br \/>\nChristmas Cupcakes for my nephews.<br \/>\nI&#8217;ll let you know how those go.<\/p>\n<h3>Do you bake?
