Well friends, I am about to embark on a much needed vacation. <\/p>\n

Please lift up a prayer or two for safe travel for me, that a couple things I am waiting on come through as expected (before I leave) and also pray for a couple of my friends who are traveling up north this weekend. <\/p>\n

For me to head out on a vacation alone is rare. But a much loved thing to do. I am really looking forward to just having a no family obligation, super fun & relaxing type weekend. <\/p>\n

What am I most excited about? <\/strong><\/p>\n

I get to spend most of the weekend face to face with one of my favorite people. For real. You might know her as FlowerDust<\/a>… but to me she is Anne Jackson. An amazing woman I have known for quite a while now. She’s my friend. My sister. My mentor. My confidant. My ex-sort-of-boss-type-person… yep… she left me for Texas a couple months ago… and to be honest I booked my flight before she and her husband even moved! <\/p>\n

I’ve missed her terribly. <\/p>\n

I love you girl and I can’t wait to just hang out with you!!!! (and it will be nice to see you too, Chris<\/a>. Thanks for letting me bombard your apartment and steal Anne from you for some of the weekend). <\/p>\n

Hooray!! I will be there soon… <\/p>\n
