{"id":950,"date":"2008-06-16T14:41:58","date_gmt":"2008-06-16T19:41:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.pinkhairedgirl.net\/?p=950"},"modified":"2008-06-16T14:41:58","modified_gmt":"2008-06-16T19:41:58","slug":"i-went-to-prom-with-a-girl","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sherecovery.com\/blog\/?p=950","title":{"rendered":"i went to prom with a girl&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href='http:\/\/www.pinkhairedgirl.net\/wp-content\/prom.jpg'><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.pinkhairedgirl.net\/wp-content\/prom-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"prom\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" class=\"alignnone size-thumbnail wp-image-951\" \/><\/a> as i was cleaning around my desk today, i found this picture. i was reminded of a hysterical and wonderful day in my life that i&#8217;d love to share with you&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>it was my senior prom.<br \/>\neveryone was going.<br \/>\neveryone had dates.<br \/>\ni didn&#8217;t have a date.<br \/>\ni didn&#8217;t want to go.<\/p>\n<p>so, instead of going to prom at my high school, my bff (yes, that&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/kristiapplesauce.typepad.com\">kristi applesauce<\/a>) and i decided to create our own prom fun. we got all gussied up (with tiara&#8217;s, of course) and headed to a mystery dinner theatre. ended up being the worst production of anything either of us had ever seen&#8230; but wow&#8230; to remember my senior prom as a memory of fun with my best friend, instead of crying on the bathroom floor&#8230; there&#8217;s nothing better than that.<\/p>\n<p>what was your prom experience like?<\/p>\n<p>ps. i sure do miss my prom date.
