Speaking of toffee: my husband doesn’t care for raisins so Christmas I put toffie chips in oatmeal cookies instead of raisins to shake it up they were pretty good. Favorite cookie creation is sugar cookie w/ cranraisins, white chocolate chips and pecans. OMG!! My hobbies are scrapbooking and beading.
