Project 365: January 26-February 1, 2010

I know I am totally cheating with this post. I have been majorly slacking in the picture taking arena as of late. Thank you for the grace and not pointing that out.

A LOT has been going on. A LOT of amazing things. A LOT I could delve into but I won’t just yet. But I’m back and will do my very best keep things updated.

Today’s pictures come from last weekend (and the reason the last week has been dead around here).

I was a breakout speaker at the National Coalition Women of Virtue Conference on Friday/Saturday. WOW! And did God certainly decide show up! I literally didn’t have a message in mind until Wednesday night (my talk was Saturday morning). He really breathed into it, a way to present it that will carry over into probably every talk I do on overcoming porn addiction.

Once I began speaking, there were zero nerves. I didn’t feel like a robot either. There were a lot of really amazing questions and side-bar conversation. One woman admitted for the first time that her mom was a former playb*y bunny… and had introduced her to p*rn beginning at the age of 4. WowoWoWoWOW.

The conference itself was revolutionary. Such an amazing site to see a conference focused solely on sexual wholeness—from teen girls to senior women. There were about 480 in total attendance. I saw close to 40 women between my 2 sessions.

Had our first ever Dirty Girls Ministries exhibit table. Passed out like 70 brochures … and many, many biz cards. Couple of speaking interests. Just a really really amazing first outing for Dirty Girls.

Thank you to all of you who were praying.
