Okay friends, I did a lot better this week on staying on track. I allowed myself a few cheats but kept it pretty well within my point allowance. So, yea me.
By the way…. I don’t cook.
It is not that I can’t cook as much as it has been a lazy choice and something I am not all that experienced at. But this diet has really challenged in me in that area. In the last week, I have cooked things I never thought I would on my own. I am most proud of my trout fillet and spaghetti squash adventure. Although the spaghetti squash was kinda gross and I won’t be doing it again — the trout fillet that I grilled up was super yummy.
I also recently discovered that Shake N Bake would add maybe 1 point to whatever chicken I could prepare. I would MUCH rather cook chicken that I know will taste good than I would some icky grilled chicken with some lame-o herb on top. Yuck.
So, I am going to try the Shake N Bake this week.
Here’s my week’s numbers…
