Are you tired of these weigh-in posts? I’m just asking because the traffic and comments on Weigh-in Mondays has dwindled. I enjoy knowing that I have to post for accountability purposes, but if you’re tired of them – let me know.
Last week was my birthday so needless to say, I didn’t stick to the program 100%. However, I did do a lot of things that impressed even myself like working out 5 of the 7 days of the week (built up 9 activity points to play with). And even though I ate out with girlfriends, I did my best to choose what I ate wisely.
For example, we went to Cheesecake Factory. I didn’t eat any bread (if you’ve been there you know how good the bread is), I ordered Thai Lettuce Wraps (grilled marinated chicken with veggies) and didn’t add any additional sauces on them and ended the evening with a low-carb Cherry Cheesecake. Best part is, I didn’t feel deprived at all. Or too full and uncomfortable.
After 8 active weeks on Weight Watchers, I have lost a total of 15.4 pounds and 12 overall inches. I am floored by these results. I am really getting the hang of choosing what is wise verses unwise, but still enjoying myself. AND GETTIN’ MOVING! Exercise is seriously the key, people!
Update on the Shake n Bake idea: YUM! YUM! YUM!
